DISCREET SHIPPING & BILLING: Be assured that Tinkherbell Toys (L&G Co.) respects our customers and their privacy. We provide discreet shipping, billing and even address labels. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging or USPS Priority boxes.
ORDER PROCESSING: We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. Orders after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day. Some orders with multiple items that are located in different warehouses may be split into more than one package and different shipping methods unless specified at additional cost. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or handling fees. Insurance and expedited shipping options are available at additional fees.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: For international shipping, our standard service is USPS or UPS. We ship to all countries, with the exception of Germany, Russia, Italy, and Mexico. If you reside outside of U.S. and Canada, please refer to your country's restrictions for importing particular items. Although all of the items sold on this website are legal in the U.S., certain countries may have restrictions on items of Adult content. We are not liable for any items that are seized or confiscated by any foreign government, or for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be due upon arrival. Most smaller International orders will be valued at/under $20 US dollars (unless it is insured) on the customs form. For packages shipped by Standard (First-Class) International, USPS does not provide accurate tracking updates.
MILITARY APO/FPO: Orders are shipped by USPS to all military addresses per military regulations. Priority shipping is recommended for military addresses. We do not ship by UPS. Mail addressed to military bases overseas are subject to certain conditions or restrictions of mailing regarding content, preparation, and handling. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred or for the retention of your order by customs if it does not pass inspection and you will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all expenses in these circumstances.
Domestic and International - We are not responsible for any lost/damaged items if you do not purchase insurance for your package(s) or for packages that are returned due to incorrect shipping address or refused delivery. In such a case, if you would like us to re-ship your package, we will require you to cover the re-shipping fees. NOTE: Some items may require additional charges due to weight/size including domestic orders over $100. In this case, an invoice revision will be sent and you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. Estimated calculation for additional shipping charges for overweight/size items is 10-15% of the item(s) price(s).
