DEFECTIVE ITEM: For your satisfaction and product guarantee, we offer store credit or same-item exchange for defective items. We highly recommend that you check/test your item(s) before usage and notify us within 14 days when you receive the package. For non-working item(s), we will gladly replace it with the same item. Please contact our Customer Service Fairy for a return authorization with instructions.
Note: We will not accept any items for exchange (defects) without their original packaging, or if there are any signs of usage, after 14 days of receipt.
WRONG ITEM: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with return instructions. Make sure you do not open or use the product, or we will not be able to accept it or replace it. Once the item is received, we will ship out the correct item.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Certain items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of package receipt for exchange or store credit only. No Refunds will be given. If a product has clear and correct size measurements noted in the original order, then we will NOT allow a return because of its size. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges of unwanted items will not be refunded. Electronic media products (DVDs, CDs, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) cannot be returned. Any items that are opened, or have any signs of usage cannot be returned. Buyer is fully responsible for all shipping fees to ship back to our warehouse. A non-negotiable 25% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns.
Replacements may take up to 3 weeks and refunds will be processed within 3 days.
Due to the nature of products such as (Dildos, enema kits, butt plugs, vibrators, nipple clamps, enlargement gear, mouth gags, stimulators, or any items that break skin, enter or touch the genital areas/bodily fluids) that has been opened and/or used will not be accepted for return/exchange.
